Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day
• Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Participate in double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard clinic workflow
• Collaborate within a multi-clinician team including PT and OT staff
• Float to other clinic locations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of North Carolina or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic clinical experience
• Comfort working in a high-volume, productivity-driven clinic environment
• Experience with or openness to multi-site float assignments
