What we need from you:

• Experience - 2+ years of administrative experience, with a background in insurance preferred
• Licensing - Active Property & Casualty license preferred (or a strong willingness to obtain)
• Technical Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or insurance agency management systems such as AMS360 / Applied Epic

Key Responsibilities:

• The main contact for clients, providing timely and helpful support for all inquiries.
• Handle essential administrative duties, including document management and data processing, with high attention to detail.
• Ensure the accuracy of client records and policy information in our agency management system.
• Assist with important agency processes, such as application entry and renewal management.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service to all clients.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 Per Year
