As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that all patrons enjoy their time in our establishment. This role requires collaboration with fellow staff members and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in bartending and serving or a related field such as restaurant or catering is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash register duties. Knowledge of cocktail recipes and bartending techniques is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining individual responsibilities.
