Schedule:

• Approximately 10 shifts available weekly
• Ongoing per diem coverage with flexible scheduling
• Consistent pharmacists preferred to ensure familiarity with store operations

Responsibilities:

• Dispense and manage approximately 800 prescriptions weekly across varying store volumes
• Float between multiple store locations as needed
• Collaborate with 2-3 pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting
• Follow store-specific protocols utilizing McKesson EnterpriseRx software (training provided)
• Complete thorough onboarding prior to independent shifts

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license required
• Recent retail pharmacy experience essential
• Ability to adapt and float between multiple locations seamlessly
• Strong customer service skills and effective workflow management
• Preferred: Previous experience within grocery chain pharmacies and familiarity with EnterpriseRx software
• Open availability for recurring per diem shifts is strongly preferred
• Interest in developing a long-term per diem relationship
