Job Title: Shift Manager (Night Shift) – Five Guys Five Guys serves outstanding burgers and fries in clean restaurants with a top-tier customer service approach. This position oversees daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence, ensuring compliance with company standards, including product prep, delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management. Responsibilities Train shift managers to perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders. Direct daily restaurant operations including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management. Ensure compliance with company standards across all operational areas. Manage shift scheduling and staffing. Lead and motivate the team during night shifts. Available to work night shift hours. What to Expect Real work/life hours: most locations open 11 am–10 pm, no drive‑thru.
