Mortgage Loan Officer

As a Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will be based in the Greater SF Bay Area/South Bay/Silicon Valley, CA market. Responsibilities Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and client requirements. Manage a portfolio of customer relationships. Seek prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients. Responsible for sales calls. Develop and prepare loan solutions and refer products and services; review documentation to ensure compliance. Manage customer pipeline for efficiency. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions. Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role. Preferred skills: Banking products, client prospecting, customer relationships, customer solutions, documentation, innovation, mortgages, sales competencies, customer experience management, effective communications, financial analysis, loan origination, matrix management, mortgage products, sales tasks and activities, scheduling work and activities, selling. Work experience: Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education: No degree required. Equivalent education or experience may be considered. Licenses: None required. Background check: Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Pay & Incentives Base Salary: $37,440.00 – $39,894.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
