Location 18620 Harmon Ave, Carson, CA 90746 Responsibilities Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams via email and phone to support daily logistics operations. Handle inbound orders and shipments from customers and agents, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Perform data entry, maintain and update Excel master files, and manage shipment records efficiently. Utilize in-house freight forwarding systems to process, track, and manage shipments. Ensure customer requirements are met by maintaining high service quality and operational accuracy. Review freight charges and support financial processes, including AR/AP and freight payment reporting. Organize and manage billing data, including Accounts Receivable (AR) tracking and documentation. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on shipment performance, billing and operational metrics. Troubleshoot operational issues during live shipments and coordinate solutions with relevant stakeholders. Qualifications Effective communication skills. Proficient in using MS Excel and MS Outlook. Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related fields is plus. Bilingual proficiency in Korean is required. Preferred Education and Experience A High School Diploma or GED is required. Candidates from all experience levels are welcome, including those new to the field. Base salary range for this role is between $50,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
