Licensed Legal Paraprofessional (LLP) – Family Law
DTC / Greenwood Village, Fort Collins, or Colorado Springs
Full-Time | Hybrid Flexibility After On-boarding
Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 base salary, plus bonus opportunity

Divorce Matters® is growing, and we are looking for a Colorado LLP to join our family-law-only firm. This is not a back-office document-drafting role. Our LLPs are client-facing professionals who are trusted with meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, case-management work, and court appearances within the scope permitted by Colorado LLP rules.

What You Will Do

• Meet with prospective and current clients regarding family law matters
• Conduct case assessments and provide guidance within the scope of the LLP role
• Assist clients with divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, and post-decree matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, financial disclosures, correspondence, and other family law documents
• Manage deadlines, client communication, case tasks, and follow-up items
• Appear in court on matters permitted within the Colorado LLP scope
• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, intake staff, and firm leadership
• Help clients feel informed, supported, and confident during a difficult time
• Move cases forward with professionalism, organization, and good judgment

What We Are Looking For

• Active Colorado LLP license in good standing
• Family law experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Colorado domestic relations practice and procedure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple client matters
• Professional judgment and follow-through
• Compassionate, steady, and client-service-focused approach

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time position based in either our DTC/Greenwood Village office, Fort Collins office, or Colorado Springs office. The position is primarily in-office during on-boarding and training. Hybrid flexibility may be available after approximately 90 days, depending on performance, training progress, and firm needs.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience, case-management skill, family law background, and overall fit for the role. Bonus opportunity is also available and will be discussed during the interview process.
