The role is responsible for supporting deposit programs and membership strategic efforts. This will include assisting with leveraging internal and external data, industry and market trends and organization project initiatives to identify opportunities and make recommendations that will drive deposit growth and meet deposit product performance and membership objectives. What you'll do Develop, evaluate and coordinate efforts for scorecards of key deposit products and membership Communicate deposit product and service line P&L results as warranted Perform performance analysis for Credit Union deposit products and services, share observations and make recommendations to drive growth Design and maintain all deposit programs and membership related reports using various systems and industry data to analyze and identify trends and performance Actively collaborate and/or drive special projects to pursue process and performance improvement opportunities Prepare and satisfactorily explain reports for senior management and leaders when necessary Perform other duties, as assigned The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act. All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience relevant to the role Multiple years of data analysis experience strongly preferred Skills, Licenses & Certifications Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software Knowledge of the Credit Union’s systems and SQL preferred Knowledge and experience offering, evaluating and designing financial institution products and services Experience reviewing and analyzing product and channel delivery is a plus Ability to be self-directed and comfortable with accepting ownership, responsibility and accountability of functional obligations Ability to exercise creative problem solving skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and function as an integral part of a team Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and staff Ability to self-motivate with strong organizational and analytical skills and capacity for attention to detail Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Ability to maintain satisfactory performance and attendance Ability to pass American Airlines and Credit Union pre-hire compliance checks What you'll get Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
