ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I'm excited to be building my brand-new State Farm agency in 2026 with a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an Auto Adjuster and Quality Assurance Consultant - I've been in the insurance industry since 2006. I earned my automotive degree from Columbus State, am married with three children, and enjoy mountain biking and whitewater rafting in my free time.

Serving others has always been important to me. I'm actively involved in my church, participate in community outreach focused on the skilled trades, and conduct mock interviews at local vocational schools to help students prepare for their careers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Vadim Vinokur - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
