SDC/Infection Preventionist (RN/LPN) Summary To promote, encourage and enforce infection control measures throughout our organization, tracking and communicating reporting measures as required. Plan, organize, develop and direct all in-service educational programs throughout the facility. Managing clinical operations and developing care plans. Assisting in budget preparation and expense management. Conducting patient rounds and addressing complaints. Training and educating Staff. Requirements/Qualifications Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse Or License Practical Nurse in the state of employment. Must have, as a minimum, two (2) year of recent experience in a supervisory role in a nursing care facility Infection Preventionist certificate preferred.
