Genesis Counseling Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) to join our expanding team. Work Environment\nThis role operates in a supportive outpatient setting. While the position is primarily remote, we maintain a collaborative culture that emphasizes team engagement and development. You'll have access to our telemedicine platform to connect with clients comfortably from your home, and when needed, we also have provisions for in-person consultations at our outpatient offices. Key Responsibilities\nAs an LMFT at Genesis Counseling Center, you will engage with clients through a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to their specific needs. Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and goals. \n
- Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, individuals, and families to address interpersonal dynamics and conflicts. \n
- Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients through issues such as grief, job stress, blended family challenges, and relationship conflicts. \n
- Developing personalized treatment plans that monitor progress and adapt strategies based on clients' evolving needs and circumstances. \n
- Documenting session notes and treatment progress in compliance with state regulations and insurance requirements. \n
- Engaging in ongoing professional development and collaboration with other team members to enhance service delivery and patient care. \n
You will work with a diverse client base, including adults, children, and adolescents facing a range of challenges. This includes managing relationships within families, dealing with issues around separation and divorce, and addressing conflicts among family members. Your role will be crucial in aiding clients to navigate issues such as:

- Alcohol and substance abuse \n
- Physical and psychological abuse \n
- Challenges related to medical issues \n
- Adjustment difficulties following family changes \n
- Interpersonal communication issues \n
- \n
- Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required. \n
- Two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is essential. \n
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients. \n

- Experience in teletherapy and understanding of the platforms utilized for remote sessions. \n
- Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic modalities. \n
- Experience in a behavioral health setting focusing on family systems and relational dynamics. \n
The salary range for this position is between USD 75,000 and 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive earnings, we offer a generous benefits package that includes:
