Overview: The RCF Group provides our clients with a one-stop, non-biased source responsible for planning and managing all aspects of their corporate office, industrial, medical or institutional relocation. We are currently looking for a dynamic, Project Manager to join our team to assist with our Move and Decommission group.  The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of logistics, move crews, as well as some administrative duties.

Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, organization, time management, and open communication throughout an assigned project with the client or within a team-based office environment. This is a fast-paced environment that requires candidates to be self-motivated.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and internal team members to review and understand the overall project and move needs/requirements.
• Define and create move project(s) scope of work and schedules.
• Lead weekly client meetings, oversee vendor/contractor reviews, selection, bidding, as well as all financial aspects of a project including, but not limited to, budgeting, invoicing, and any other related fiduciary obligations. 
• Lead commercial move crews onsite and in the field ensuring we meet the needs of the client and complete the defined scope of work. 
• Efficiently manage moves within and between clients’ facilities including the movement of systems furniture, case goods, accessories, files, personal contents, computers, technology, etc.
• Successfully manage action in the field and requests from the Account Manager and Client.
• Drive efficiency within the move process/move crews and accurately capture, track, and manage bill of ladings, crew timesheets, and equipment. 
• Attend pre-move meetings and visit client space(s) prior to the move events to ensure readiness. 
• Assist the Account Manager and team in move strategies and the execution of small and large large-scale projects as well as small delivery needs.
• Responsible for site decommissioning efforts, including coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to support the resale, reuse, donation, recycling, or responsible disposal of decommissioned products. 
• Efficiently manage multiple responsibilities at any given time.
• Drive team management of project backlogs and forecasts to reflect real time project and prospective project data.
• Participate in industry and community networking opportunities to build relationships, increase market visibility, and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications/Job Skills

• Commercial moving experience is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products – Word, Excel, & PowerPoint (Microsoft Project is a plus)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Energetic and self-motivated
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time
• Attention to detail and follow-through
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Flexibility with schedule and a willingness to travel
