About the Role

Stretch Zone is seeking an experienced, assertive, and business-minded Studio Manager to lead daily operations, drive membership revenue, and command respect across our entire studio. In this role, you will serve as the top operational authority on-site-managing both front-desk sales personnel and certified stretch practitioners, enforcing accountability, and creating a high-performance culture centered on member results.

Schedule & Hours

• Schedule: Tuesday - Friday (1:00 PM - 8:00 PM) & Saturday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

• Total Hours: 36 hours per week (Full-Time)

• Days Off: Sunday & Monday

Key Responsibilities

• Total Studio Leadership & Direct Oversight: Supervise and lead the entire studio roster, including the Lead Sales Associate (LSA), sales staff, and stretching practitioners. Ensure flawless shift coverage, handle master scheduling, and resolve day-to-day operational hurdles.

• Team Accountability & Development: Establish high performance standards, conduct regular one-on-ones, address underperformance swiftly and directly, and mentor standout practitioners for future floor-leadership opportunities.

• Revenue & Sales Growth: Own studio revenue targets, conversion rates, and retention KPIs. Manage lead follow-up systems, guide the front-desk sales team, and drive local grassroots marketing initiatives.

• Operational Continuity & Daily Handovers: Lead structured daily mid-shift syncs with the morning Lead Sales Associate to review conversion data, transition floor management, and ensure consistent brand execution across all shifts.

• Member Service & Facility Standards: Resolve escalated client inquiries with authority and professionalism, uphold rigorous cleanliness standards, and ensure brand-aligned customer experiences throughout every session.

Qualifications & Ideal Profile

• Proven Leadership Experience: 3+ years of direct supervisory or management experience in a fitness, wellness, retail, or service-driven environment.

• Strong Command & Maturity: A decisive, mature leader with the natural confidence to command respect, enforce workplace accountability, and manage a diverse team of sales associates and practitioners.

• Sales & Business Acumen: Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas, tracking conversion metrics (KPIs), managing schedules, and understanding studio P&L drivers.

• Communication & Conflict Resolution: Clear, direct communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback, de-escalate customer concerns, and maintain a unified team dynamic.

• Schedule Commitment: Full availability to work the required 36-hour Tuesday through Saturday shift schedule without conflict.

Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.
