Registered Nurse (Relief)

Mentor Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family,  provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Relief

Location: Mi Casa Day Center | Paterson, NJ
Schedule: Per Diem | Day Shift | Weekdays
Wage: $38.00/hour
Language Preference: Bilingual English and Spanish Preferred

Education & Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program
• Current New Jersey RN license required
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred

• Conduct health assessments and nursing evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor participant health and address medical concerns
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Provide medical guidance and training to program staff
• Participate in care planning and provide nursing expertise
