25/Hour Base + Up to $100 Per Sale

If you can close life insurance over the phone, this is where you make money.

We’re hiring licensed life insurance agents who want the security of a $25/hour base

$25/hour guaranteed base pay
Up to $100 per issued policy
Weekly pay
Performance incentives
High-volume environment for producers

What You’ll Do

Take inbound calls from interested prospects
Present final expense and life coverage options
Close policies with confidence and compliance
Follow structured sales process

Who We’re Looking For

Active Life Insurance License (Required)
Confident on the phone
Strong objection handling skills
Coachable but competitive
Comfortable working in a high-accountability sales floor
