25/Hour Base + Up to $100 Per Sale
If you can close life insurance over the phone, this is where you make money.
We’re hiring licensed life insurance agents who want the security of a $25/hour base
- $25/hour guaranteed base pay
- Up to $100 per issued policy
- Weekly pay
- Performance incentives
- High-volume environment for producers
What You’ll Do
- Take inbound calls from interested prospects
- Present final expense and life coverage options
- Close policies with confidence and compliance
- Follow structured sales process
Who We’re Looking For
- Active Life Insurance License (Required)
- Confident on the phone
- Strong objection handling skills
- Coachable but competitive
- Comfortable working in a high-accountability sales floor
