The role includes maintaining surgical equipment and preparing patients for surgery. Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating room and arrange equipment
- Assist doctors during surgeries
- Inspect, maintain, decontaminate and repair surgical equipment
- Maintain inventory records
- Perform pre and post-surgical preparations including shaving, transporting, and applying dressings
- BLS, ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years current experience in an acute hospital setting
- Strong experience in ortho, neuro, and robotics; willingness to float to general OR
- Robotics/Da Vinci experience and scrubbing
