Patient Care Coordinator (Pharmacy Technician - Intake)Location: Fort Worth, TXSchedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM CST (Onsite)We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support a high-volume specialty pharmacy intake team.ResponsibilitiesReview referrals for completeness and accuracy.Create patient profiles and enter patient/provider information.Perform initial prescription reviews for processing accuracy.Communicate with providers regarding missing information, clarifications, and referral updates.Document referral progress and update provider records.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of pharmacy technician experience (including trainee experience).Active Texas Pharmacy Technician Registration (TSBP).Active PTCB certification (required).Strong computer, typing, and data entry skills.Preferred ExperienceSpecialty or retail pharmacy.Prior authorizations.Insurance verification.High-volume data entry environments.Work EnvironmentFully onsite office setting.Training schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM CST for approximately 3 weeks.Must be flexible to work either a 9:00 AM-6:00 PM or 10:00 AM-7:00 PM schedule.This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician looking to grow within a fast-paced specialty pharmacy environment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Fort Worth, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
