Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values patient‑centered care, professional growth, and working in a positive, team‑focused setting.

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and referral sources
• Participate in continuing education and skill development
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high‑quality care

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or upcoming Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
• CPR certification
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting
• Experience with balance and vestibular rehab preferred (or willingness to learn)
