Project Engineer II

Using advanced metals chemistry, you'll help tackle the world's biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life-saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.
The role:
As a Project Engineer II, you will help drive our goals by:
- Supporting capital projects from design through construction, commissioning and handover while maintaining robust change control.
- Monitoring project scope, budget, schedule and engineering progress, providing clear reporting to stakeholders.
- Identifying and managing project risks, issues and contractor interfaces to ensure safe delivery.
- Preparing capital expenditure requests and evaluating alternative technologies and vendors.
- Contributing to construction readiness, commissioning plans and stage-gate reviews across the project lifecycle.
- Driving continuous improvement through analysis, root cause investigations and project performance metrics.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- Degree in an engineering discipline with experience supporting engineering or capital projects.
- Ability to manage change effectively while maintaining process and operational safety.
- Strong project reporting, budgeting and project controls interpretation skills.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, suppliers and contractors in industrial environments.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Self-motivated, analytical and comfortable working through ambiguity to deliver results.
