We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our luxury furniture showroom team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting daily store operations through accurate data entry, phone support, account assistance, and filing.

Customer Service Representative Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 09:00am to 06:00pm)

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Respond to customer questions regarding accounts, orders, payments, and general store information.
• Perform accurate and efficient data entry of customer and sales information.
• Maintain organized customer records and filing systems.
• Assist sales associates by calculating pricing, financing, discounts, and other sales-related figures.
• Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Support administrative functions and general office duties.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Assist with additional projects and tasks as needed.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong computer proficiency, including data entry.
• Good mathematical skills and comfort using calculators and working with numbers.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
