Director of Internal Communications

Seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Internal Communications and Employee Engagement, this full-time hybrid role will develop and implement communication strategies, enhance employee engagement, and improve transparency and trust within the organization. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support HR stakeholders and major internal events Cultivate innovative tactics to enhance employee engagement and share feedback with leadership Manage employee recognition programs and oversee internal communication channels to foster a unified culture Required qualifications: 10+ years of progressive experience in Communications or related fields Exceptional writing and visual storytelling skills with a proven ability to create engaging content Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing internal communication strategies Proven ability in change management and guiding high-priority initiatives Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
