Leasing & Marketing Manager

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a community. You will greet prospects, tour apartments, handle applications, credit screening, and move-in packages to optimize occupancy and revenue. Daily tasks include inspecting units, coordinating with maintenance, and executing marketing plans.
