We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for an exciting contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) offers an opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of approximately 50 students, with options available in preK through 12th grade. Your specific caseload will be thoughtfully matched to your strengths and preferences, ensuring a rewarding and balanced experience.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- Washington SLP license in good standing
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, support staff, and families
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates encouraged to apply
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and evaluations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student plans
- Provide support and guidance to students across a range of grade levels, building lasting relationships
