About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its mission-driven organization. The successful candidate will be at the helm during a pivotal time, with a focus on unifying the team, strengthening systems, and advancing the model of accessible, whole-person care. This role demands a steady, people-centered executive who can bring clarity to a complex operating environment, strengthen financial and organizational performance, and rebuild trust and alignment. The CEO will be responsible for strategic and financial leadership, team management, and fostering a culture of excellence, empowerment, and accountability. They must be a champion of the integrated care model, ensuring quality, access, and continuity across all departments, and will serve as the primary ambassador, developing relationships with community partners and representing the organization to meet the needs of a diverse patient population. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of five years' leadership experience in healthcare administration, with a strong understanding of financial and information systems. The role requires a leader who is adept at translating data into decisions, building and leading high-performing teams, and is committed to healthcare access and equity. While not mandatory, experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers or similar community health settings is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a clear, analytical, and highly effective communicator, with the ability to work with diverse and underserved populations. A Master's degree in a related field is also preferred. The CEO will be expected to be a thoughtful change leader, confident and steady, and to demonstrate a commitment to the values of the organization, including trust, belonging, dignity, empowerment, and excellence.
