Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Primary Care Physician (FM or IM) , you will join the thriving Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican, ( playing a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are hiring in our Santa Cruz and Soquel clinics. All incoming physicians will be partnered with a mentor.

You will provide comprehensive Internal Medicine or Family Medicine services to a diverse community, with the flexibility to tailor your practice to your strengths and interests. You'll benefit from a supportive environment that values innovation, collaboration, and personal well-being.

We are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires:

• Competitive salary guarantee of $300,000 + productivity incentives

• Sign-on bonus up to $125,000

• Relocation assistance up to $20,000

Job Requirements

Required:

• Board-certified or Board-eligible MD or DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Active or eligible license in the state of California

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Spanish proficiency a plus

Pay Range

$295,000 - $300,000 /year
