What You Will Do As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft® operations. You will help your Restaurant Management Team and team members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to achieving sales and profit goals, you will be responsible for ensuring that your restaurant delivers the top meats. Responsibilities Lead and manage staff performance, engagement, and training. Develop and execute local marketing strategies to drive sales. Achieve sales and profit targets. Maintain high standards of product quality and customer experience. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies. Qualifications At least one year of restaurant or retail management experience. Impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service. Eligible to work in the United States.
