Process Instrument Sales Representative

Field-based sales representative for molecular spectroscopy process instruments across western US and Canada territories. Responsible for leading the full sales cycle, conducting customer demonstrations, and achieving revenue targets through technical consultation and strategic account management.

Responsibilities

Schedule and conduct face-to-face customer interactions with product demonstrations and technical presentations
Provide technical consultation and problem-solving support aligned with division capabilities
Meet or exceed established sales goals and booking commitments using strategic planning
Maintain customer relationship management via Salesforce and collaborate cross-functionally
Identify customer requirements and recommend solutions based on market demand

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, or related sciences
Minimum two to three years of sales experience
Demonstrated technical sales or hands-on experience with scientific instrumentation
Proficient analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends
Comfortable delivering presentations in-person and remotely
Ability to travel 50-75% within assigned sales region
Residency within primary territory states (Texas, Colorado, California)

Compensation: $64,900.00–$97,300.00 base
