WHAT YOU’LL DO

As our Motive Power Manager, you will oversee, lead, and support all Motive Power department members and operations. This includes supervision and management of all processes, budgeting, financials, mechanic development and coaching, safety, inventory levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction. WHAT YOU NEED

Prior sales, management and/or operational experience with an understanding of budgeting, staffing, and personnel procedures. Ability to maintain good customer and member relations. Strong customer relations and marketing skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
