Lotus Day Spa & Salon has the opportunity for you to contribute to the daily delight of both our team and our guests. We have well established systems created for consistency and a strong support team for customer care. You will have the opportunity to continue to carry out your art behind the chair while contributing to new initiatives and celebrations for team and guests. You will be guiding new team members through the onboarding process and growing their skills as they develop their careers. You will work closely with upper management and will be the go to person for technical and operational solutions.
