Position Summary Blackbird Health is looking for a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team in Mount Laurel, NJ . You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families. W‑2 Employee — Part‑Time (20 hours/week) Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 hours of direct therapy per week & 3 non‑clinical hours Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4 pm weekdays and weekends Work Model: Hybrid (virtual and in‑person) with a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week onsite. Compensation & Benefits Total Earning Potential: Up to $100,000+ annually This role offers a rare combination of income stability and growth potential—a guaranteed base salary with the flexibility to increase your earnings based on your availability and interest. Base Salary: $50,000 for a part‑time schedule (20 hours/week) Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling 17 clinical hours + 3 non‑clinical hours per week Additional Earnings: Earn $80 per clinical session for additional clients beyond your base caseload, giving you flexibility to increase income based on availability and interest.
