In office position working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

\nTSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our growing team. As a Sales Admin you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting sales proposals for potential customers and corporate contracts. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:\n-Provide support to our sales representatives with their day-to-day responsibilities\n-Process sales orders received directly from customers or partners\n-Provide daily follow-up and status to the sales team on new customer orders\n-Manage reporting for sales metrics\n-Operate our CRM system and various customer pricing models\n-Develop and maintain regular reports via the company\u2019s accounting system and excel \n#LI-Onsite \n

Requirements

Must have 1+ years of office administrative experience required; HubSpot experience required; Proficient in MS Office products; Experience managing executive calendars preferred; College Degree preferred; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong organizational and multitasking skills
