Silicon Software Lead: Build the Stack for AI ASICs

Normal Computing seeks a Silicon Software Lead to guide the team building the compiler, runtime, kernels, drivers, and hardware abstraction layer that turn our stochastic, in‑memory ASIC into a programmable platform. You will set technical direction, stay hands‑on in the stack, and co‑design with hardware architects to ensure software constraints shape the silicon.
