Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the organization. Responsibilities: Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our accounts receivable system. Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to patients. Handle calls to address billing inquiries and resolve issues. Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely billing. Assist with accounts payable and other accounting functions as needed. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all billing activities. Conduct regular audits of accounts receivable to identify and resolve discrepancies. Requirements: 4-5 years of billing experience, law firm industry required. Aderant software is a huge plus or 3E Elite Strong data entry skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
