Concierge Acute Care / Primary Care Provider | PA or NP Part-Time Salaried Position Tuesday & Thursday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM In-Person | Brickell - Miami, FL Salary : $63,000/yr - commensurate with experience 2+ Years of Primary Care Experience Preferred Practice Medicine with Purpose 360 Medical is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our innovative workplace health practice serving employees of a leading private equity firm. The Opportunity As a Concierge Acute / Bridged Primary Care Provider, you'll serve as a trusted healthcare partner to your patients, providing comprehensive primary care with an emphasis on prevention, early intervention, and continuity. What Makes This Role Different High-touch, low-volume patient schedule No evenings or weekends Premier corporate healthcare environment Meaningful time to build patient relationships Multidisciplinary clinical team Concierge referral and care coordination support What You'll Do Provide comprehensive acute care and bridged primary care Conduct preventive visits, screenings, and health assessments Examine, diagnose, treat and manage common and chronic conditions Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing Prescribe medications within applicable regulations Emphasize prevention, lifestyle modification, and long-term health Coordinate care, referrals and follow-up with specialists Collaborate with medical, musculoskeletal, and mental health professionals Deliver a highly personalized, concierge-level patient experience Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Who We’re Looking For We're seeking an experienced clinician who combines strong clinical judgment with exceptional interpersonal skills and values the opportunity to practice thoughtful, relationship-based medicine.
