Remote IT Support Specialist

Location: Remote - United States
Pay: $45-$55/hour

We're looking for a friendly and dependable IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll help employees troubleshoot everyday technical issues and make sure they have the tools and access they need to do their jobs.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide technical support by phone, email, and chat.
• Help troubleshoot computer, software, internet, VPN, printer, and email issues.
• Set up and maintain computers, applications, and user accounts.
• Assist employees with password resets and system access.
• Keep track of support requests and document how issues were resolved.
• Escalate more complex problems to the appropriate IT team.
• Help with software updates, security requirements, and other IT projects.
• Provide friendly and professional support to employees.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and common business applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar certifications are a plus.
