Social Content Creator

OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes social media. This role is ideal for someone who loves ideating bold concepts, turning ideas into polished assets, and efficiently producing high-quality content across platforms. You’ll be responsible for helping shape monthly content strategies and bringing them to life through engaging static and video assets - often creating multiple versions optimized for different platforms, formats, and audiences. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ideate, concept, and execute monthly social media content plans in collaboration with internal teams and/or clients Develop, design, and edit static and video assets for a variety of social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.) Capture content on day of shoot via camera and iPhone based on the approved shotlist and guidelines Efficiently create multiple versions of assets (resizes, edits, captions, hooks, platform-specific cuts) while maintaining creative quality on phone editing software and Premiere Pro Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats, and proactively bring new ideas to the table Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and platform best practices while monitoring performance to ensure optimizations on approach and deliverables are continually happening Manage timelines and priorities to deliver content consistently and on deadline Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, copywriters, and account teams to bring ideas to life Continuously test, learn, and iterate on content based on performance and audience engagement What Success Looks Like Consistently delivering engaging, on-brand content that performs well across platforms along with the ability to track performance and continually provide optimizations Bringing fresh ideas and creative energy to monthly content planning Producing high-quality assets efficiently and at scale Being a go-to collaborator for all things social content Qualifications Adherence to our culture and core values: Server Joyfully, Create Fun, Build Connections, Deliver Excellence, Own Growth Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred 2-4 years minimum of proven experience working directly in social media concepting and creating social content Demonstrable experience in video editing to create a large volume of content Demonstrate a strong ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external partners Must be able to operate effectively in a fast paced, dynamic, ever evolving space where technologies and methodologies of measurement change often and rapidly Capability to work proactively under pressure, understand customer needs and build relationships At Infinite, we believe in developing great people, which develops great work.
