Senior Software Engineer

Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Required Skills Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar. Experience with web development frameworks and tools. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus. Familiarity with database management and data modeling. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
