Seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and specifications to fabricate, machine, and assemble tooling and components.
• Set up and operate lathes, mills, grinders, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper fit.
• Troubleshoot and improve dies, tools, jigs, and fixtures.
• Perform equipment inspections and maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Support continuous improvement and cross-training initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or technical training preferred.
• 3-5 years of tool & die, machining, or industrial manufacturing experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.
• Must have own tools.
• Forklift experience and basic computer skills required.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work overtime and lift up to 45 lbs.
