Senior Commodities Product Controller | High-Impact Finance

A leading global hedge fund is hiring a Finance Manager to join its growing Commodities Accounting team. High-impact, technically demanding and cross-functional. This is a role for an experienced product control professional who wants real exposure across a world-class multi-strategy platform.

THE ROLE

Deliver accurate accounting, reporting and recs across a range of commodities strategies Work with investment teams, ops and counterparties to resolve breaks and maintain robust controls Provide insights on market activity and its impact on valuation, P&L and risk metrics Prepare audit materials and liaise with auditors - ensuring adherence to US GAAP and IFRS Identify and drive process improvements, leveraging technology and automation to enhance reporting and data quality

CANDIDATE PROFILE

10-12 years' product control experience with a strong focus on commodities markets Deep understanding of commodities products and related accounting treatment CPA preferred - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline required Strong communicator with ability to engage as a subject matter expert across the business Comfortable operating at pace in a demanding, high-performance environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Fortis Recruitment
