About the role Jackson Spalding is seeking an enthusiastic social media coordinator to work with a nationally recognized QSR client on social media community management. You will manage audience engagement and inbound conversation on various social media channels; attract, delight and convert our audience into brand advocates and customers for our clients; and experiment, innovate and optimize with social media tools and channel features. What you'll do Participate on national account team(s) witha fun, fast paced, always on dynamic Create top-notch customer experiences through social media Manage all community engagement for various brand social channels Support social media listening, reporting and light data analysis to identify trends, audience insights and opportunities for optimization Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions Participate in and contribute actively to day-to-day client work and project support Qualifications B.A. degree in communications , marketing or related field 1-2 years of agency or in-house social media experience Social media community engagement and platform management experience Knowledge of social media metrics, social listening, data analysis and reporting Social media copywriting experience and creative writing skills Agile, resourcefulness, time management and strong attention to detail Adaptable with the ability to work well in both independent and team settings Experience with Sprinklr or similar social media management tools Social media strategy experience is a plus Familiarity with generative AI tools and curiosity for using AI to improve workflows and enhance the quality of work is preferred A growth mindset, always looking to learn Outcomes and metrics driven #J-18808-Ljbffr Jackson Spalding, Inc
