Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Social Media Director will drive strategy, manage client relationships, and oversee the growth of the organic social media department while implementing creative campaigns across various platforms. Key Responsibilities Scale and mentor a distributed team of strategists and support staff while optimizing workflows for productivity Serve as the primary lead for client social strategy, conducting competitive research and translating client goals into engaging campaigns Oversee the creation and management of client social media profiles and assets, while producing performance reports and optimizing content tactics Required Qualifications Minimum of 6-8 years of agency experience in organic social media and influencer marketing Proven leadership experience in growing teams and department structures Comprehensive knowledge of social media platform algorithms and campaign management tactics Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration
