ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Food preparation: Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Little Caesars standards, ensuring freshness and quality in every order.
2. Customer service: Greet customers enthusiastically and assist them in placing their orders. Provide recommendations based on menu offerings and customer preferences.
3. Speed and efficiency: Work efficiently to ensure quick service times, maintaining the brand's commitment to fast and friendly service.
4. Menu knowledge: Stay informed about Little Caesars' menu, including new products and promotions, to effectively assist customers and upsell items.
5. Serving customers: Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that orders are accurate and presented well. Address customer questions and accommodate special requests.
6. Cleanliness and safety: Maintain a clean and organized food preparation and serving area, adhering to health and safety standards to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
7. Inventory monitoring: Help track inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of low stock to ensure uninterrupted service.
8. Team collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations, share responsibilities, and create a positive work environment.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and deliver excellent customer service.
• Culinary interest: A passion for food and cooking, with a desire to learn and share knowledge about Little Caesars' products.
• Customer focus: A commitment to enhancing the customer experience by providing friendly, attentive service.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
