Insurance Billing Coordinator

Job TitlePay: $25.00/hourIn this role you will:Coordinate with Zotec (weekly meetings required) and Finance team to manage account payable and receivablesReconcile payment reports to ensure timely processing of monthly payment batchesAnticipate, plan, and participate in billing expansion and other initiatives that impact billing processes. Create billing mechanisms for other billable servicesMaintain, track and update contract-related records. Work with Finance department to ensure that appropriate contracts are in place to bill (Hospitals, Local Health Departments etc.)Act as liaison between manager(s) and outside agencies, gathering and relaying information as neededCorrespond with clients, answering questions, and resolving issues both in written and oral form Vergence Group
