Key Responsibilities: Partner integrations:

1. Resolve issues raised by the partners during their technical integration with our systems.
2. Explain and guide partners through the system integration process.

Communication:

1. Facilitate effective communication between external partners and our own developers.
2. Provide regular status updates, ensuringthe integration process is as smooth as possible.

Continuous Improvement:

1. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
2. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of our platform.

Qualifications: Must haves:

1. Fluency in both English and Chinese.
2. Familiar with tools such as JIRA / Confluence.
3. Bachelor’s (or higher) degreefrom Computer Science or a similar field.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Highly desirable: 1-Previous experience of using a backend programming language.
