Plains Area Mental Health, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our Cherokee team and help individuals and families receive compassionate mental health services regardless of insurance status or life circumstances. What You'll Do Conduct behavioral health assessments and diagnostic interviews for children and adults. Develop treatment plans and provide outpatient individual counseling. Collaborate with psychiatric providers, case managers, peer support specialists, and other members of our multidisciplinary care team. Respond to crisis situations and provide emergency behavioral health services when appropriate. Complete clinical documentation in accordance with agency standards. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (additional compensation provided). Provide clinical supervision hours for temporary licensed clinicians pursuing full licensure.
