If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in precision, and want to be part of a supportive team that values your contributions, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingAs a Manufacturing Laborer, your role will be hands-on and essential to the production process:Assemble materials according to specifications with a focus on accuracy and detail.Use hand and power tools confidently and safely to complete tasks.Measure and cut materials using tape measures and other toolsprecision matters!Assist the Shop Supervisor with daily warehouse and production tasks.Wrap and move pallets, unload trucks, check and distribute incoming materials.Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and warehouse space.Support shipping and receiving operations as needed.What You Bring to the TeamA natural mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work.Experience and comfort with tools, machinery, and manual labor.Ability to read a tape measure accurately and follow assembly instructions.Strong initiative and attention to detailyou take pride in doing the job right.Fluent in English or Spanish.Must be able to lift, move, stand, and bend as required in a shop setting.Why IDEC?
