What You'll Do

We work together to create memorable customer experiences, build lasting relationships, and make technology accessible to everyone.

• Connect with customers. Create welcoming, personalized experiences that help customers feel heard, understood, and confident in their choices.
• Explore the latest technology. Demonstrate smartphones, accessories, and connected devices while helping customers discover solutions that fit their lives.
• Build lasting relationships. Listen, ask questions, and recommend products and services that keep customers connected
• Make shopping simple. Support customers throughout their shopping journey, whether they started online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
• Develop your sales skills. Learn how to balance customer needs with sales objectives while building confidence in a fun, team-oriented environment.
• Work together. Collaborate with teammates, store leaders, and other T-Mobile teams to solve problems, share ideas, and support customers, including small business owners.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED. (Required)
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and one or more additional languages. (Preferred)
• You will thrive in a role where you are creating moments of magenta magic for your customers.
• Interest in technology and helping customers find solutions.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to learn from teammates and store leaders.
• Motivation to achieve sales goals while providing excellent customer service.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Travel: Travel Required (No) DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (No) Safety Sensitive Position (No) Hourly Base Pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.

Within the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Once completed, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
