Construction Project Manager

$80 per hour

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:

Coordinate datacenter construction projects by tracking milestones, schedules, and budgets through weekly site visits and inspections.
Collaborate with internal teams, external lease providers, and contractors to ensure project alignment and strict adherence to safety standards.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, action trackers, and reporting dashboards utilizing tools like Power BI.
Identify, monitor, and mitigate potential project risks, delays, and financial discrepancies.
Direct the integration of technical activities and present progress reports, proposals, and findings to clients and stakeholders.
