Designed to encompass an entire city block, Thompson Dallas will offer 219 guestrooms including 52 suites, 2 defining dining options and 20,000 sq feet of stunning event space. Other amenities will include a resort style pool, custom curated fitness facility, spa, and dog park. Catbird Rooftop is a vibrant, design-forward rooftop destination overlooking the Dallas skyline.

The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. Preferred candidates will have understanding of state and local serving guidelines. This would be an experience for the guest that is transformational and intimate not, a burn and churn quick drinks.

Qualifications:

• Upscale Beverage programming experience preferred

• Deep cocktail knowledge beyond the basics

• Curation of complicated cocktail knowledge

• OPEN availability with stress on Friday- Monday

• Refined verbal communication skills.

• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
